They are used if bone resorption in the jaw area is severe. For more details about zygomatic implants you can watch this <\/span><em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/100083046331938\/videos\/995020981671499\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">video.<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This was also the case of our patient who, when she came to the initial consultation, had no teeth in her jaw at all, which gave us no choice but to resort to this technique.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the surgery, 4 zygomatic implants were inserted in the jaw, and 4 conventional implants in the mandible.
