The patient’s natural teeth suffered from periodontitis, and her old dental work had deteriorated, causing both functional and aesthetic discomfort.
Following the initial consultation, during which Dr. Cazacu Corrado – Specialist in Dento-Alveolar Surgery analyzed both the patient’s dental and general health, he offered her this solution:
- Fixed teeth on 6 dental implants (both in the maxilla and mandible);
- Sinus Lift bone augmentation in the maxilla;
- 3-5 units of bone augmentation in the mandible;
- PRF – Accelerated Healing.

Immediately after the surgical procedure, a digital impression was taken to create the provisional fixed teeth, which were placed the next day. This allowed the patient to resume her daily activities and social life during the implant healing period.
Six months after the procedure, once the implants had integrated into the bone and healing was complete, the patient received Zirconia teeth on a Titanium structure, customized to her preferences.
